In some cases, a fabric swatch may need to be mailed to the designer in order to perfectly match colors.

Please keep in mind that custom designed jewelry usually takes longer to ship, especially if specific materials need to be ordered. Please allow 15-20 business days for your custom orders to be shipped. In some cases, orders may be shipped earlier. After you contact us via telephone, we can give you a better idea about estimated shipping times.

In some cases, a deposit may be required before custom jewelry can be made. Otherwise, orders should be paid fully in advance.

4. Relax! Sondra will work her magic and ship all of the jewelry right to your door. Each piece will be in a cute little box, and you can even choose to have us gift-wrap for you!
